Goods will be sent by courier or NZ Post either the same or next business day (couriers can take up to 3 to 5 days to deliver).

International delivery

We do not ship to international addresses currently.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please contact us with issues or queries.

Faulty items

If there is a fault with the item you bought, you have been sent the wrong item or it is wrongly described, we will replace it at no extra cost, or make a full refund if a replacement is not available.
